Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to establish long-term technology strategies that align with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI evolution, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing architectures.
- Prototype Future Systems: Design and validate high-fidelity prototypes of systems expected to be market-ready by 2026.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate emerging technology startups and partnerships to accelerate our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural capacity.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and the specific technological shifts expected in the 2026 timeframe.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and successfully integrating them into business roadmaps.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams through periods of rapid change and technological disruption.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
