Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing net-zero carbon communities for 2026+ urban expansions
- Oversee implementation of AI-driven resource optimization systems in municipal infrastructure
- Develop partnerships with green tech startups for next-gen renewable integration
- Ensure compliance with evolving 2026 federal sustainability mandates and ESG reporting standards
- Drive innovation in water recycling and waste-to-energy infrastructure networks
- Present impact metrics to C-suite stakeholders and sustainability boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainable infrastructure engineering or urban planning with climate focus
- LEED AP BD+C certification required, WELL AP preferred
- Proven track record of leading $50M+ green infrastructure projects
- Expertise in circular economy modeling and regenerative design principles
- Proficiency in IoT smart city platforms and BIM 360/Green Building Studio
- Experience with federal infrastructure grant programs (IIJA, IRA)
- Advanced degree in Environmental Engineering or Sustainable Architecture
