Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend operations.
- Perform regular maintenance and monitoring of server infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals for incoming staff.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance logs in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site support team to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct security audits and patch management to protect company data integrity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal employees regarding technical inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification (CompTIA A+ preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
