As a Technical Recruiter, you will be the bridge between our clients and the best technical talent in the market. We are looking for someone who is hungry, self-motivated, and ready to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for open technical roles.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiating offers and managing the full-cycle recruitment process from application to onboarding.
- Providing regular feedback and market insights to clients regarding candidate availability and salary trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly recruitment quotas.
- Strong understanding of the IT/software development landscape (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of organization and time management.
