Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a Windows environment.
- Log and manage technical support tickets accurately using our CRM system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer peripherals and mobile devices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear, professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify root causes of recurring technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
