Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain a high first-contact resolution rate while managing call volume.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex bugs.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff on new tools and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
