Responsibilities

  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues with a focus on resolution.
  • Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system (Salesforce) and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions for new clients to enhance product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs and report system anomalies.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while de-escalating high-pressure customer situations.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT policies and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
