Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues with a focus on resolution.
- Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system (Salesforce) and ensure SLA adherence.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for new clients to enhance product adoption.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs and report system anomalies.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while de-escalating high-pressure customer situations.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and basic scripting (Python or PowerShell preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Willingness to attend on-site walk-in interviews.
