Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Configure and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and network connectivity.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to improve system performance.
- Onboard new employees by setting up their hardware and software environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
