Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in the CRM system efficiently.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and guide users through resolution steps via phone and chat.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions accurately in the knowledge base.

Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
