In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met with speed and precision.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and user account management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users in simple terms.
