- Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs and suggest improvements.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new staff on internal software tools.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security and privacy protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and network basics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) is highly desirable.
