Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and in-person support
- Resolve billing, service, and technical issues with first-contact resolution
- Collaborate with Omaha-based teams to enhance local service delivery
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system with 95% accuracy
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Support community outreach initiatives during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (for occasional off-site visits)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
