Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales growth by meeting/exceeding daily targets and upselling opportunities
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash transactions and returns
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and organized merchandise areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Process inventory shipments and maintain accurate stock records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid government-issued photo ID for walk-in interviews
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
