Responsibilities

- Train new staff on HIPAA protocols and department workflows
- Report key performance metrics to department leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2+ years of healthcare coordination experience
- Certification in Medical Coding (CPC) preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
