Responsibilities
- Assist nurses with patient care tasks including vital signs and mobility support
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments following HIPAA protocols
- Coordinate patient scheduling and documentation using electronic health records
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during medical procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Stock and manage medical supplies in clinical areas
- Participate in weekly team meetings for process improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year healthcare support experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic computer proficiency with electronic health records
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Colorado driver's license if transporting patients
