Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone/email/chat
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and escalation protocols
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications
- Maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Meet/exceed KPIs for satisfaction and resolution rates
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Zendesk
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
