Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Accurately process orders, track shipments, and resolve shipping discrepancies for clients in Atlanta, GA, and surrounding Florida areas.
- Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems with precise information.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Provide product training and support to new hires and team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or retail sales.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
