Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with efficiency and accuracy.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue per customer.
Qualifications
