Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the Atlanta, GA and Florida regions.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and high initial satisfaction.
- Retention Strategies: Develop and execute proactive strategies to reduce churn and increase client lifetime value.
- Feedback Loops: Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights and relaying them to the product and sales teams.
- Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue from existing accounts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to client success.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations.
- Location: Must reside in or near Atlanta, GA or willing to commute to the Florida office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and provide creative solutions to client challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
