Responsibilities
- Manage daily interactions with existing clients to resolve inquiries and provide technical support.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Document all client interactions and account status updates in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and conducting product training sessions.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote).
