- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues

- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical operations
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and networking protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between Phoenix and PA sites
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
