Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans across Philadelphia medical facilities
- Manage electronic health records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies

- Track healthcare outcomes and prepare compliance reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field

- Philadelphia-based healthcare provider experience preferred
- Certified Healthcare Information Systems Security Practitioner (CHISSP) or equivalent
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with reliable transportation
