Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across company systems
- Manage network security protocols and implement best practices
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to 500+ employees
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support environments
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications required
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools
