Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Document IT procedures and solutions
- Collaborate with senior team on system upgrades
- Monitor network security protocols
- Train employees on new technologies
Qualifications
