Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot employee workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software across the Atlanta and Florida offices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system reliability and user experience.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of professional IT support experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
