Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and peripheral equipment.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure security compliance and optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel between Chicago, IL and Ohio locations as needed.
