Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 150+ workstations
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain network infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Manage Active Directory, VPN systems, and cloud integrations
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
