Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues via remote and on-site support
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network protocols and security systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple urgent requests
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Experience with ITIL frameworks preferred
