Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all help desk tickets and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
