Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees in real-time.
- Manage and maintain the local office infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and security to protect company data and assets.

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
