Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments.
- Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system patches, updates, and security measures.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Office 365.
- Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Must be available for Walk-in Interviews in Atlanta, GA.
