Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions specifically for night-time operational requirements.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of critical systems during off-peak hours.
- Monitor system performance and uptime, responding immediately to any alerts or anomalies.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team via documentation and async communication tools.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect data integrity during maintenance windows.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural planning for scalable systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
