Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the local office network, printers, and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement security protocols and updates.
- Document all technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
