Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Analyze and improve application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across all devices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers through code reviews, best practices, and technical problem-solving sessions.
- DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with cloud teams to ensure robust deployment strategies on AWS.
- Security: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement proactive measures to protect data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver creative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
