Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols for client networks
- Lead IT infrastructure upgrades and cloud migration projects
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Provide after-hours emergency support on rotating basis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and Active Directory
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 Certified
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and virtualization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for occasional on-site visits
