Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across 200+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols
- Manage system updates, patches, and vendor relationships
- Create technical documentation and training materials
- Lead cross-departmental IT projects
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime SLA compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSA)
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Azure
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, security, and cloud issues
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Relevant bachelor's degree in IT or related field
