Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production documentation and engineering standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing engineering
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Experience with PLC programming and automation systems
- Proven track record of reducing production costs and improving efficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
