Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain advanced CNC machinery and robotic assembly systems
- Perform quality control inspections using precision measurement tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Document production data and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Train junior technicians on new equipment and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience with CNC equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office suite
- Valid Michigan driver's license required for equipment operation
