Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Drive DevOps best practices including monitoring and automation
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices
- Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
