Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking to identify, engage, and screen high-quality candidates for specialized technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, facilitating interviews, and providing timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, draft job descriptions, and define recruitment strategies.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, ensuring competitive compensation packages and a seamless onboarding experience.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of the local San Jose tech market, salary benchmarks, and candidate trends to advise stakeholders.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure immediate fill rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within the Software Engineering, IT, or Engineering sectors.
- Location: Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to San Jose, CA.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to passive candidates.
- Network: Strong professional network within the Northern California tech community.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid environment while meeting strict KPIs.
