Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance and network infrastructure during night hours.
- Resolve technical tickets and software conflicts for internal and external clients.
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate logs in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers of unresolved issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking protocols.
