Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients in the US and California regions.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs and issues.
- Conduct remote desktop sessions to diagnose system errors efficiently.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
