Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the company’s server infrastructure and network security.
- Collaborate with the development team to deploy software updates and patches.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential downtime issues.
- Train junior staff members on best practices for IT operations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be available for the Walk-in Interview on-site.
