Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer any inquiries regarding product features and availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and rotate stock to ensure freshness and availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
