Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation are completed accurately.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure they meet company standards before distribution.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but no experience? No problem! We train.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
