Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify accuracy of orders against packing slips.
- Package and label items securely to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory levels accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
