Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using scanning technology.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping targets efficiently.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning barcodes and interpreting labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
