Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- License: Valid driver’s license (Class C) and forklift certification (if applicable) are a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
