Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering and business units
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- PMP or Scrum Master certification required
