Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure including cloud environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor system vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Document IT processes, procedures, and technical documentation
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices
- Respond to critical system outages with rapid resolution
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
